Victory-Driven Athletics is a Dayton, Ohio-based organization that seeks to harness the beauty of athletics to foster life success and never-ending love for sports and physical fitness.
We deliver affordable athletics programs for adults and kids alike that uniquely integrate fun, friendship, physical challenge, skill development, mental toughness, and team dynamics.

We started Victory-Driven because we genuinely care about people. We have a history of successfully coaching beginners and intermediate athletes as well as state and national champions in our specialty sports. Victory-Driven proudly requires all coaches to be “SafeSport certified.”

About Coach Sean:
Sean has led multiple athletics programs and events in schools, clubs, and community venues. His life and sports history include:
Michigan State University Varsity Tennis alumnus.
Assistant Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach for Grace College (IN).
USTA Western Michigan Boys 18 District Champion and Tennis Family of the Year. Sean also finished 17th in the USTA Midwest Boys’ 18s.
Half-Ironman Triathlete
Trained under Jorge Capestany (world-renowned coach and founder of TennisDrills.tv)
Sean serves as a church pastor and Executive Director of Approach International, a non-profit which provides ministry training and holistic care for vulnerable children in the Dominican Republic.
Sean will play sports anywhere—but he loves the great outdoors!

About Coach Jen:
Jen knows how to help people love sports and have fun while competing hard. Her life and sports history include:
Head Coach of the National Champion Kalamazoo Cougars Boys Homeschool Volleyball Team (2024)
Co-founded one of the most competitive ongoing women's volleyball leagues in the area at the Downtown Dayton YMCA
Led homeschool athletic classes for students ages 5-16, focusing on sportsmanship, fun, and skill development
Launched the first-ever volleyball team at Las Palmas Christian School in the Dominican Republic
Hosted highly successful outdoor and indoor volleyball tournaments for both teens and adults
Known for her court sense and crafty play, Jen has competed against accomplished men and women on sand, grass, and gym surfaces
